Jumper can be used directly on your browser ( Safari, Chrome, ... etc ) and can also be downloaded from your home page.  When you use Jumper for the first time, we only ask you for two pieces of information: the username of your Instagram account and the sharing of your location via your browser.

In fact, when you click on a user after validating your Instagram pseudo, we ask for and collect (if you agree) your geolocation data (latitude and longitude) from your device so you can find out who's also in the same place as you! The collection of your geolocation data can take place in the background, even when you are not using the services, if the authorization you have given us expressly allows this. 

If you don't agree to us collecting your geolocation data, we won't, but you won't be able to use our services.

Please note that only your Instagram account is accessible to our users. Your precise location is not accessible or divulged in any way.

  • PURCHASES AND AUTO-RENEWAL SUBSCRIPTIONS

You will have the opportunity to purchase products and services from Jumper. If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew (and you will be billed for it) until you cancel it.

Jumper may offer products and services for purchase via Apple Pay, Google Play or other external services authorized by Jumper via Stripes (individually referred to as an “External Service”, any purchase made thereon constituting an “External Service Purchase”). Jumper may also offer products and services for purchase by credit card or other payment methods on the Website or in the Application (“Internal Purchases”). 

If you take out a subscription, it will be automatically renewed until you cancel it in accordance with the conditions communicated to you at the time of purchase, as described in more detail below.

If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the benefits of your subscription until the end of your subscription period, after which it will expire.

Since our Services can be used without a subscription, terminating your subscription does not remove your profile from our Services.

We are a global company and our prices vary according to many factors. We frequently offer promotional rates, which may vary according to region, subscription duration, offer size, previous purchases or account activity, among other factors. We also regularly test new features and payment options. If you do not cancel your subscription within the specified period, it will be renewed at the full price indicated at the time of purchase, without any further action on your part, and you authorize us to debit your payment method for these amounts.   • PURCHASES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS ON AN EXTERNAL SERVICE 🛫

External Service Purchases, including subscriptions, may be processed through the External Service, in which case such purchases must be managed through your External Service Account. Subscriptions are automatically renewed until terminated.

When you make a purchase on the Service, you may be offered the option of paying via an External Service, for example with your Apple Pay account or your Google Play account (your “External Service Account”), in which case your External Service Account will be debited for the purchase in accordance with the terms and conditions communicated to you at the time of purchase and the terms and conditions applicable to your External Service Account. If your Purchase on an External Service includes an auto-renewal subscription, your External Service Account will continue to be periodically debited for the subscription until you cancel it.   • REFUNDS

As a general rule, all purchases are non-refundable. Special refund conditions apply in the EU, EEA, UK, Switzerland, Korea and Israel. Special refund conditions also apply in the following US states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island and Wisconsin.

You can cancel your subscription after renewal with one month's notice, without affecting your right to cancel for cause.

In accordance with local legislation, you are entitled to a full refund of your subscription and/or unused Virtual Items for 7 days following your purchase. Please note that this 7-day period begins on the date of purchase.
